When a bartender over serves a customer and they leave and kill another person due to intoxication or leave and die of alcohol poisoning the bartender and bar can be held responsible.

When a physician allows a patient who is seemingly coherent and demanding to leave AMA (against medical advice) to leave a facility if that patient then commits suicide or homicide the physician can be held responsible.

When a power equipment manufacturer fails to put adequate safety devices and warning labels on their products and a lay person injures themselves, they are held responsible.

If a known acquaintance willing drives his buddy to a gas station and then goes inside with him to get a drink and the friend unilaterally decides to shoot and kills the clerk in a robbery, the driver is also criminally charged.

Why do we absolve judges from this logic? This judge is equally responsible for this attack. She is complicit in the commission of the crime as she had sufficient knowledge of repeated criminal activity, no indication of remorse or altered behavior from the perp Reed and was specifically warned by other professionals familiar with the case and the perp that her decision would result in further harm. She should face criminal and civil charges.

No matter who we get as HC I want a defensive presence that other teams fear.

When was the last time you think opposing QBs were afraid of the Tiger D Line, the last time TE's had butterfingers due to hearing footsteps over the middle, the last time returners were more hesitant to gamble a return?

When was the last time you saw a Tiger deliver a hit that made 92,000 fans in TS collectively say "ooooh" and tighten their own core in response?

I want a D that dominates and is respected/feared.

His ND teams had some great lines with mobile but strong guards. When a team struggles but can dominate the LOS they tend to have a winning record and it is a great rebuilding point of focus.

I would grade BK out at B-

Recruiting has been good.
Physical specimens have been there but the performance hasn't quite lived up to expectations. This may be more of a position coach issue.
With so much matriculation last year this year is a question mark.
Unfortunately in SEC depth is always an issue for the big guys.
