Charlie would not want a statue of himself erected anyway. It is eerily idolatry.

A monument to open dialouge, leadership through Christian faith, or Christ our savior would be abundantly more appropriate.

go ahead and tell me Dorsey Steltz and Perkins were not feared, lol
No matter who we get as HC I want a defensive presence that other teams fear.

When was the last time you think opposing QBs were afraid of the Tiger D Line, the last time TE's had butterfingers due to hearing footsteps over the middle, the last time returners were more hesitant to gamble a return?

When was the last time you saw a Tiger deliver a hit that made 92,000 fans in TS collectively say "ooooh" and tighten their own core in response?

I want a D that dominates and is respected/feared.

frank clearly smart

Just so you know, he is president for 3 more years, cry harder.

The only reason I would be crying is he is president for ONLY 3 more years.

Heard a new criticism last night I had not heard.

Trump and the donors are lying and not really paying for the renovation. Instead, taxpayers are really paying for it.

The evidence offered was Trump was suing for wrongdoing in 2020 election and that money when awarded will be what funds the renovation.

Ironically, the assumption of course acknowledges guilt in said lawsuit

Anyone else heard this argument?
Is this willfully unscrupulous mental math to arrive at this conclusion something the media is pushing, or just a convenient misinterpretation of inflammatory talking points?
The wife is a different story and there is some off filed personality similarities with BK that would be undesirable.
Hes been in coach as recent as 2024
He was last a HC in 2014

NIL has changed football a bunch but the game isn't drastically different now. Not like spread, RPO, etc has rewritten the game after he left.

Dykes is an interesting thought also but I dont think he has the same grit and D mentality as GP.

Great defensive mind
Great eye for talent and player development
National Coach of the Year twice and has been named coach of the year in every conference he was HC in. He's tied for second among active FBS head coaches for the most AP Top-10 finishes.
Not afraid to hire coordinators to meet the teams identity and needs.
Available
Likely not a 100 MIL contract

Without a doubt Safety via QB sack.

Any college football fan who loves watching a dominant defense should agree. It's the most exciting way that a defense can score.

It only puts 2 pts on the board but it chops down the confidence and momentum of the entire offense, especially the OL, RB, QB, and coach who all knew before that play the one thing they couldn't let happen, what's a Safety.

The others turnovers get compartmentalized as unexpected mistakes by one or 2 players. But nothing beats body slamming a QB into your own EZ for a score!
For me, it was OL

His ND teams had some great lines with mobile but strong guards. When a team struggles but can dominate the LOS they tend to have a winning record and it is a great rebuilding point of focus.

I would grade BK out at B-

Recruiting has been good.
Physical specimens have been there but the performance hasn't quite lived up to expectations. This may be more of a position coach issue.
With so much matriculation last year this year is a question mark.
Unfortunately in SEC depth is always an issue for the big guys.
What position group were you most hoping to see improvements in under BK?

Has he succeeded? Give him a grade A to F

USS Monitor and USS Merrimack (CSS Virginia)

First iron clad ships in civil war.
Nah it's really not surprising that General Medical knowledge by the public is so low basic science knowledge has decreased year over year. And the entire covet issue created a major blemish in our educational system at all levels.
So much bad science in this thread.

Even more interesting is the fact that in four pages no one's mentioned we already have a mass produced Mass accepted well tolerated and effective vaccine that's primary goal is to prevent cancer.
Implied tears of sadness.

His biggest hang up was Trump said mean things and was not unconditionally open to immigration. He conviently would leave off the "illegal" before immigration.
It's supposed to be tears. Although quite possibly it's just a few drops from his wine spritzer.

This particular pastor has been very verbose about Trump not being a true Christian and Christians voting for him falling to the sin of political idolatry. He often explains how it's unconscionable that we would vote for someone with such a sinful nature and sinful platform in comparison to Harris who clearly aligns with Scriptual values in his mind.

The liberal interpretation and selective dismissal of Scripture by so many on display this election has been astounding.
