My grandpa is nearing 90, he still drives when he needs to, but doesn't drive for much other than doctors appointments or if he wants to go to a grandkids game and no one is around to take him with them. That being said, regardless of what road he is on or the speed limit of said road, he never goes above 55.

I lived in a huge community on the west coast when I was a kid. One of those neighborhoods with it's own elementary school and big park and all that. Well, there was an area where some big transmission lines ran through and every time I would ride my bike past them, if I touched the brakes on the handle bars it would buzz me a little.
