Small company that was just awarded a contract because another company dropped the ball. They are already stretched thin. They know I know what I’m doing as far as the job and I can fall right in on the position.

Have an opportunity to start a job that’s in a field that I recently was certified for. That being said, the new perspective employers is only letting me give a week due to the urgency of the job. The company I’m thinking about leaving has been very good to me and my family and I am good friends with my supervisors. Wwtotd?
