Definitely looks like the game has slowed down for him. Much like fournette and other young highly touted backs they rely all on their talents, which works in hs but doesn't always fly at the next level. Its so much more than just out running or over powering the other guy. It's the patience and the vision to not only follow blocks but the little subtle moves that help set up blocks or delay the defender just enough to get that extra foot that can be the difference of turning and burning or getting caught in the backfield. What's even more exciting is he should only get better with more reps

Let's not forgot the kid has been mentored by a hall of famer since peewee football. They are very tight with Favre and he has been guiding this kid throughout his career. He has overcome many things and his only knock out of hs was he was as thin as a slice of bread. He has added weight and much needed strength and the sky is the limit for this kid. I for one can't wait to see what he does in purple and gold. This is not joe burrow this is myles brennan and it's his time to shine!

As a cowboys fan I never had a problem with linehan he was simply running the Jason Garrett (Les miles) offense it didnt matter who was oc by title it was clappy calling the same old tired predictable plays. Linehan is a hell of a coach and has the track record to prove it. Wasn't my first choice but we definitely could have done a lot worse. I trust what coach O is doing everyone else should too he's earned that right

FYI this past yr they brought in Jon Kitna to coach QBs who really improved Dak's mechanics. Whose to say that wasn't a big part of the offense having more success than previous years?
