re: Poll should LSU leave the SEC after this year?
Posted by OutOfNames on 9/10/26 at 1:33 pm to GeauxTigers6447
If the other schools roster and play professional players, then no. LSU should refuse to play against those teams, leave, and then sue the SEC for allowing schools to break their stone clad rules.

After seeing polls and power rankings self correcting what they saw from Michigan vs WMU, I am less concerned. People will be watching our games closely. People who aren't corrupt.

Now? I've ALWAYS liked Stephen Smith. If the SEC can retroactively rule, I can retroactively like someone.

re: Tennessee initiated the meeting

So now that the SEC has demanded Tenn institute better security I their stadium following things being thrown at an opposing coach, what happens if Lane gets hit with an object from the stands? I say in that event, they need to be removed from the conference immediately. There needs to be a red line drawn on the rules here.
re: Attorney for players once bound for LSU plans legal action against SEC, Greg Sankey
Posted by OutOfNames on 9/9/26 at 9:05 am to Major Dutch Schaefer
Clayton is usually right, and he's almost spot on here. The one issue I have is that from what I've seen, Sankey personally has done this, persued these players, and should be sued personally as well for his crimes.

Sankey needs to resign. HQ need to be moved to Louisiana.
re: So if we are expelled, what happens to the rest of the games?

I can't even imagine watching an LSU game across any sport and having competent, non-corrupt officials.

Obviously. How else will you ever get teams to play big out of conference games unless there's a substantial reward?
re: Herbstreit said LSU gets to play a kind of pissed off Clemson team
Posted by OutOfNames on 9/4/26 at 1:58 pm to LSUZombie
Clemson is walking into a goddamn meat grinder. They can be mad, but they won't be able to hear each other being mad. Or the QB. Or audibles.
re: IN THEORY, if LSU were forced to leave the SEC, how would you feel?
Posted by OutOfNames on 9/3/26 at 2:22 pm to Tiger Tailsman
I've given it some thought, and I'll say this. The SEC has treated LSU very poorly. From the league offices, to the refs, across every sport, and with every single issue. They protect their home team, Alabama every chance they have, and when it behooves them to push a team through, they fix games so they can get that team into playoff contention. SEC and the NCAA have jointly ruined college athletics to where I barely watch anymore. So from my point of view F 'em.
I would rather see LSU play in the Big Whatever or the ACC if I'm being honest. I couldn't care less about rivalries, because you'll always have new ones. I think LSU could sign on with another conference and come away with a VERY lucrative deal to do so, and then have better games, better officiating, and a fairer path to the post season across the board.

Have your wages gone up by 40% in the past three years?
Posted by OutOfNames on 8/31/26 at 5:55 pm
Because that gross @ss Big Box done went up +40% over that time, while also getting 40% more grosser, just like you.

What is LSU thinking here!? They are crazy!

This is the best outcome for all parties involved. The players are missing out on money, and a chance that everyone else has to make that money. So let the SEC and BIG 10 ban them and split the cost of paying the players what they are owed by this decision, and ultimately by the NCAA 's absurd 5/5 rule with no consideration to the graduating class.

This could have all been avoided if the media had done their job when Wade was originally here instead of ignoring what was going on in college basketball at their favoritest, most bestest schools. Now go ahead, pull up a chair, and eat shite.
re: There are some high levels of retardation in Star Wars episodes 7-9

The only way to save Episode 9 was to roll the opening scroller as Episode 8 instead of 9 and pretend 8 never happened. Just blast it out into space like an elderly princess.
For me, the greatest disappointment was finding out Rose Tico didn't have Down's Syndrome. I thought she was a wonderful addition until I realized she wasn't a lovable invalid. I have been fortunate to know several people in my life with the condition, and was genuinely happy to see a person like them in such a prominent franchise and role. I might watch Peanut Butter Falcon tonight. I'd watch it a hundred times before I sat through Rose Tico on the casino planet or her sexually assaulting an unconscious Finn again.

I need recommendations for bat removal in the BR area, and reviews aren't leading me anywhere. What do y'all recommend?

Moscona is pretty good when he’s actually reporting on meaningful sports, but theres too much extraneous stuff i think. And his intro from commercials is beyond old, and far too drawn out. Spoon man, afr song, intros (paul oneil, musso, narbie girl in a barbie world, etc). I cant bear to hear that anymore
His hourly intro, I turn my radio off. It's like it's intentional awful. Needs to ditch the generic rock AFR song and go back to before that was a thing.
