I use a small Bose soundbar I got off of Amazon. I use one on each TV. It was $200, great option.

Depending on your corporate auto insurance, the deductible could be the reason they're taking care of it themselves. We do this on smaller incidents to keep the claim off of the policy especially when the insurance won't be paying anyway. Some corporate deductibles will be 100k+.

I watched part of it and it was a waste of time.

You can think of it as trying to receive some tax money back that was stolen from you. So it definitely wasn't free.
I tried the generator credit for Ida and got nothing.

Jamaica most likely

I sold my house using a broker. I only offered 1.75% to the buyer agent and we had to sign an addendum saying the buyer would cover the additional 0.75% "required" by the buyer agent. Insane, but I wasn't going to pay that.

Vlookup can't look left, xlookup is where it's at.
Sumifs by category would work fine for QOH totals so who knows how they have this thing setup!
It is kind of shocking with the money that these teams have that they're using Excel for anything other than financial data.

re: Local insurance vs national (Allstate) for home owner coverage?

I had a roof claim with Allstate a few years ago and it went fine.

I used capital glass to replace the 11 panes and kept my frames. They did a good job, I had a lot of trouble getting glass people out to my house but they were good.
re: What temp is y’all’s AC’s blowing in this heat?

Just don't take a hose nozzle to the fins. High volume, low pressure when you rinse. I just cleaned a friend's unit, the split was 10 degrees before hand, 22 degrees after. Suction and head pressures were good after cleaning, no added refrigerant needed. It makes more of a difference than you'd think.

You likely need to clean your condensing unit.
You want about a 20 degree split between your return temp and vent temp.

re: Watch advice - casual leather strap under 500

I have a Hamilton khaki field mechanical that I like. I have quite a few straps for it. I use a darker leather strap most often. Find a watch you like, and change straps

The khaki field mechanical is my favorite watch so far. The blasted finish case and sapphire crystal takes abuse pretty well and still looks fine.

Sta-green natural fertilizer from Lowes. I don't know much about this stuff so I just got that and watered a bunch. Seemed to work.

I took a metal rake to my dead centepede and fertilized and watered the area twice a day for 3 weeks and it's just about fully covered with grass now.
re: Have you ever given a eulogy?

I did my grandpa's for my Dad. I was happy to do it for him. The room consists of family and friends so it wasn't bad. My only worry, was that I delivered the message the way my dad intended. It turned out well though.

re: Dryer leaking condensation on ground.

I've had this happen, it's the vent in the roof most likely. I put my hand in my vent and found a ton of junk in there. I cleaned it out and my clothes were actually dry after the dryer ran...
