Congratulations and welcome, glad you're here.

It's customary to tip waitstaff (at sit down restaurants) 15-20% for good service. Please take note of this and spread the word amongst your Indian brethren about our customs in that regard. Thanks
I went to two different ones, years apart, for the same upper back issues.
One hurt me worse than I was already hurting.
The other didn't have any effect.
Not a fan and I won't be back to one.
Moved to Florida for the winter
Woke up and sold all, tidy profit
Might miss out on massive gains and I'd usually let some ride, but so be it.

Nice pump overnight.
I'm out with nice profit.
Smarter me should let some ride, but I'm ok.

Will probably sell initials tomorrow and ride the rest.
Equally likely to be the next Doge or go to zero imo.

re: Amazon Shipping

Another vote for shipping times being location dependent.
Up north in the summer I live in the sticks, easily 5-7 days is normal.
Florida in the winter in town, next day seems to be the norm, two day at the most usually.
It doesn't bother me generally, but Mrs Harrisontown bitches about it up there and raves about it down here.

Incidentally, the closest Walmart (yes, OT poor) is an hour away from me up north, and for dry goods walmartdotcom has been a superstar with shipping.
No subscription cost and orders over $35 shipping is free.

Will be painting as well, I hope all of the above knocks it out.

And that's why many places specify "No Pets" "No Smoking" as part of their lease agreement.

The beauty of this is it's a "no pets" complex.
This POS got a note from the doctor for a therapy dog.
I also replaced the entire HVAC last year and supplied filters for the tenant.
When I got in the unit, there was no filter installed and I could tell one wasn't used in awhile. Damn shame.
Thanks for the replies.
Gonna try the zep, and an ozone generator.
If that doesn't work, then I'll replace the flooring.
At this point, it's set in pretty good.
Wife did a couple of deep cleans of what we think was the "dog's" room using resolve urine destroyer, wall cleaner, and clorox cleaning spray.
Smell still in there after a couple of days.
Sprinkled baking soda over the floor and baseboards last night and left a cup of vinegar out hoping they would absorb some odors.
Still smells. Any ideas?

ETA: LVP floors, no carpet
Cape cod MA
Saw the pink, underwhelming.
Looks better on camera, but couldn't bother taking pics.
Basically you're a big POS if you park in one and don't "qualify".

My question is do you check the cars parked in the spots?
It's a non-issue to me. Rarely/never do I pay attention to which cars are occupying the spots, nor am I handicapped, and it's been years since I carted around anyone who was.
Second the Carhart double knee pants.
As an added bonus you can buy foam knee pads off Amazon
that fit between the fabric layers at the knee;
built in knee pads.
Looking for a good place to get a vehicle deep cleaned and detailed in the Lafayette area.

Thanks in advance.
I think we are even worse than last year.

Amazing.
Glad to see the win today.

First half was excellent, would love to see more of that.

Hung tough and did what they needed to do in the end. At this point, they're still not a good team, but they're figuring out how to play together, and they showed some intensity.

I'm cautiously encouraged, but I'm not getting my hopes up. :geauxtigers:
