Planting today in cape cod, (I'm a couple weeks late but nbd)
Easiest thing ever to grow, love it.
I'm on 3rd or fourth gen, but it gets harder and harder not to cook with all of it so I'll probably be buying new seed next year.
Raised bed, loose soil, cover with straw, harvest when scapes begin to straighten and bottom leaves brown
I'm gonna be even more of a fatty after this

Anything else in this thread will just be shitting on a team they don’t know anything about yet

I won't shite on the team or the coach, but I'll shite all over the coach's record.

He should have been gone last year, he's in over his head, and unfortunately I don't expect (much) better results this year. I hope I'm wrong about that.

This is LSU, I'm not interested in the NIT, and sorry we lost our 'best' player to injury last year. To me, those are excuses.

That being said, I'll still watch every damn game.
Snowbird here, I close valve and drain house when I leave NE in the fall for FL

I also think its a good idea to have diversity in assets and so having a small amount of metals isn't a bad idea.

This is my reason right here
I own equities, real estate, crypto, and IMO diversity is key, SO,
I own a small amount of gold and silver coins, all physical, mostly eagles
Gold, and silver has, throughout recorded history, been valuable. There's something to that.
However, returns being what they are, metals are a small percentage of my investment portfolio
The vast majority of places I have nothing.
I used to bring stuff back, not so much anymore, and mostly consumables for myself anyway, local cigars, booze, coffee, etc.
I do have some artwork from India, I like the idea of art from other places, and stickers for the beer fridge.
I rely on memories and old passports, but seems few countries use passport stamps anymore, which is somewhat disappointing.

Wife and I loved La Taberna Lupulo on Calle San Sebastian
Popped in randomly after walking half a day at the fort so maybe we were just hungry but we murdered everything they put in front of us.
Nothing world changing but food and staff was great.

Spent the month of November last year in San Juan del Sur
Completely safe, never once had a "sketchy" feeling, day or night
Last day spent in Managua, toured museum and cathedral and walked the streets in the daytime, no problem. Was in by nightfall as I had a super early flight.
I've got so many trees I have to cut and trim.
And burn all the brush from the last round of cuts.
Sometimes I wish they'd grow slower.

I've been in stocks all of my adult life
I've been in crypto since 2021
Once upon a time volatility in the stock market would cause me concern :rotflmao:
I wasn't a fan of MSC, even though it is plenty cheaper.
I'd take any of the others over it.

I used eSim for the first time last year in Nicaragua.
Airalo worked very well for me and will be using it going forward.
