Was seriously considering Utah years ago as a retirement place but what you say hurts the soul. Seems like the Utahs, Idaho’s, colorados have all been swamped which is the total opposite of what I want.

Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, the dakotas etc. may be the last hope for reasonable land prices and ghetto free life. And even then I have no clue the real estate prices there so we may be fricked anyway. :lol:
