re: Colorado "Disrespect" Narrative

But the QB showed no class after the game. You won. Be gracious. The rotten apple doesn't fall far the tree.
That's the issue I had. It's not that we lost, it's how we lost.
OK. Name another football program with an exclusive broadcasting package with a major network. I'll wait.
Jared Mitchell also won two Championships in football and baseball.

This.

They're only dangerous when your coach and team failed to do their jobs. That's why LSU lost that game.

Daniels, Kelly, Denbrock, etc. All failed to do their jobs adequately in a game that should have been a smooth win.

I have a feeling we'll see more than a few stupid losses under Kelly. His offense is never good enough to overcome a bad defensive game. He runs a terrible offense.

So much this. Anyone who has watch ND knows this.

Everyone on this board has taken so much copium about that loss. It was not on Daniels, it's on CBK. The defense was awful. The offense was awful. Take a look at everyone's predictions of the score. Hardly any were close. A #5 ranked team doesn't lose to a 4-7 scrub team, unless the coach is a joke.
For some lighthearted fun.

Best message board out there. Probably the most knowledgeable fan base. Fun to visit and post!
I hated Tebow. Hated him when he played for Florida.

Because he was the best college football player I ever saw and didn't play for LSU.

re: Who does Riley bring as DC?

Let's hope it's somebody who won't let a good team drop 7TD passes in a half in the CFP.
In the 2019 Peach Bowl we dropped 49 on OU in the first half BDJ threw 7 TDs. The offense gained over 700 yards. OU shite the bed in a tough game.

I want that coach.

OU has a $163M budget for athletics.
LSU has a $158M budget for athletics.

Dude just loses to Aranda's team and it wasn't as close as the score indicated, and our AD is like, "That's our guy!"

Where am I gonna post all my cat photos, vaccine memes, and Let's Go Brandon! videos?

It's personnel and the system

You either get the personnel to fit your system or you change your system to fit the personnel. I watched a lot of Brad Johnson and his big thing was a good running game with a lot of play action pass. His son literally grew up at his feet. The news reporting has Max throwing the worst shovel pass in football history. Why not play to Max's strengths? Everyone is complaining about the OL play. Why? Because pass blocking sucks. If you're an offensive lineman, you want to be a road grader. And that's what play action does. You run the hell out of the football with stronger, faster offensive linemen. (Don't @ me. Our linemen are stupid talented) Then you run play action (still run blocking) and hit the defense with big chunks over the LBs who have been sucked in by the run.

This "spread em out" crap doesn't suit the talent.

Let the big dogs eat.
