Almonds, add chia seeds to smoothie or oatmeal, broccoli. Benefiber works well.

I believe it. I have no official data to back this up. However, working in the medical field, I have witnessed this for myself. So many patients ending up with blood clots and heart failure. Every visit that I have had with my primary care physician has been centered around him trying to convince me to get it. When I brought up the clotting issues he actually told me “ mRNA vaccines are more effective and are not associated with the rare risk for blood clotting seen with J&J.” Smh.

Hm. I’m slacking! I should eat more eggs. I did have Avocado egg salad for dinner but I definitely don’t eat eggs daily.

Overton mentioned in the podcast how “pissed off” Ard looked at the press conference. Well yeah he was pissed off. One of his BFFLs outsmarted them all supposedly and now he has to figure out a way to cover up this mess. Even though he’s the Sheriff... I remember him saying in the presser for everyone to basically stop looking at him and focus on Perkins.

Apparently, “I didn’t do it” was good enough for Ard. They all blame the EBR deputy for not filing a formal written complaint. I would think that going to the Sheriff would be formal enough to at least open an IA investigation then maybe they would have figured him out. But nope, they’re like family so if Perkins didn’t do it then that must mean he didn’t do it.
