Cost can vary due to what brand equipment you go with and how much competition is going on in your area in the hvac business. For single speed equipment you are probably going to be around $10k. Now you can get higher seer two speed or variable speed equipment that will run you more, but the government is offering incentives such as tax credits up to $2k. I work for a trane dealer. Today starts a promotion that trane is offering. If you buy a 17 seer or above you get a 10 year parts and labor warrant and a $500 rebate from trane. Not a bad deal and the units are more efficient. Personally I like the single speed. Less to go wrong. You’ll never be waiting days or weeks for parts with a single speed. Personally I like a trane as well. I’ve installed and serviced them all. I go on a lot less calls for trane systems than any other brand. Hope this helps.

In the pecking order of boats a sea plane has the least priority. Seems like arse backwards logic, but that’s what I was taught while I was in captains school to get my 6 pack license.

The auburn boosters and fan base are their own worst enemy. Auburn played played a hell of a game. Instead of being grateful they’re quietly mad they couldn’t send harsin packing. No coach wants that job anymore and THEY made sure of that.
