LSU Offense

Why are we playing so slow?
we don’t seem to be very good running a set offense and don’t seem to have anyone that can create their own shot. Yet after every rebound/ missed shot we pull the ball down and walk it up the court rather than going fast. Super frustrating ...

Numerous possessions where Dean/ Baker are wide open under the net. Literally jumping up and down calling for the ball. Instead they drive into a crowded paint and lose the ball or force a pass that might rival a Skenes fastball....

I’m not going to defend LSUs poor defense today, but Auburn has been getting away with moving screens all day. The defender can’t get around the pick leading to wide open shots...

I don’t mean for this to come out the wrong way. It would be awesome if we got Bo Davis! My only question would be. Why? As in why would he come here as a DL coach? It would be his 4th or 5th job as a DL coach. I know not everyone wants to be a DC or head coach, but it would be a pretty lateral move...

Penix just had his “Heisman game”. He played very well against a ranked opponent and won. He has all the hype right now so it makes sense that he’s the favorite. Jayden’s game will be against Bama. If he can perform like he has all year and beat Bama I think he shoots to the top. ...

You can tell he put in the work. He’s playing absolute lights out right now and is having a legitimate Heisman type season. At the very least he’s invited to New York if it were presented today.

Yes and no. It hasn’t been his primary position since coming here so there is that concern, however for all of his faults there are things he seems to be great at (which BK has alluded to).
1. He’s a good tackler/ physical
2. He’s very fast
I don’t think that he’s out there because he’s our best ...
