re: Borders to liquidate since no buyer came forward

Books at the Borders at the Mall of Louisiana were pretty overpriced. Guess I'll have to get what's left.

Rented it, and was glad that I didn't bother to watch it in theaters. Some funny moments, but otherwise dragged on.

What's funny though is that it wasn't until I bought it on DVD that I realized Tanya Roberts actually gets naked in it.
Just goes to show how often I watched it on TBS.
I did a Google image search for Tanya Roberts in Beastmaster, and wondered how I'm only just now discovering the hot tittay pics of her.

In the Director's commentary for Snatch, Guy Ritchie mentions that it was a last-second idea to cast that actor as Tyrone. He knew Ade personally, I think he was doing something like security on the set at first.

Oddly not on Netflix, although someone recently uploaded it to Youtube. Anyone else enjoy this movie as a kid, or during it's millionth rerun on TBS?

I do it the way I see Fred or Frenchie do it at Louie's.

RocknRolla is probably the worst movie Guy Ritchie put out.

Both are pretty much the same movie.
That's like saying Terminator and the Matrix are pretty much the same movie.
The only real similarity between the two involves specific actors, and distinct characters. I've got both on DVD. Both are great, but I prefer Lock Stock.

Saw they have been open about a month now. Just wondering if it is any good. I never see many cars outside.
If you enjoy eating at La Tiendita on Siegen, you'll enjoy eating there. Same owners as La Tiendita/El Sol de Guerrero (the Pineda family).
In Greece they pronounce it "JAI-rohs"

Great reference.
But why are you watching that?

Anyone have any idea how much the main kid in these movies has made off of this series?
He supposedly makes $24 million a movie now. One of the British newspapers estimated his net worth at close to $80 million US.
re: Live music in restaurants

Friend of mine had a restaurant that a mariachi band would play at every Saturday night. For the most part, it made for a great experience.
The bar are used to be packed with Mexicans, they ate that shite up. Wasn't uncommon for the bar to be kept open two hours after closing with the band still playing, as long as people were buying drinks and tipping the mariachi.

In all fairness, you're watching a cartoon.
It's like complaining about plot holes in the latest Jackass movie.
