it doesn’t matter that Donald Trump celebrated major holidays with Jeffery Epstein as late as 2017?

lol this has to be a troll. The 2017 thing has already been discredited. Go back to sucking Harry Sisson’s dick.

After 31 years? I’d certainly take a year off at least. Probably wait a year or two after meeting someone before marrying them. Even if I knew them ahead of time, it’s a completely different relationship.
Have to admit, marrying the new wife 16 months after his wife’s death is pretty quick.
It depends on the type of agent. If you’re dealing with one of the big boys (State Farm etc) then you’re getting handed off to the 800#. If you deal with an independent, you can have them shop around for the best policies amongst the smaller insurance companies. I usually have mine review things every few years to see if there are better things out there. They’ll also work with me when I need to update terms on the policy.

I asked her. Her answer was Hogwarts Legacy and Batman.

Bumping this oldish post. Amazon has relaunched their Luna service and Hogwarts Legacy is available for free via cloud play.

Same. By this time next year you could have 3 companies with reusable orbital rockets (Rocket Lab as well). My guess is Rocket Lab may eventually exceed Blue Origin’s launch cadence in this class, although New Glenn has greater lift capability.
The pictures with Portnoy standing on his toes are nuts. Who does that? That’s next level insecurity.

This has been known for over 20 years. The one antidepressant that doesn’t have the issue is Wellbutrin.

To be fair, I graduated a top tier high school in 1995 and had to be re-taught in English 101 how to write a paragraph.

That sounds like part of the problem. If the school was considered top tier and you needed to be retaught, then something is wrong with the standards.
I saw a video of Kristy Noem yesterday. What that woman has done to her face is a crime.

I like it. People that are sitting on homes because they don’t want to lose the rate when they move/upgrade. This frees up those homes, increasing inventory. Banks will do just fine.

Interesting unless they frick it up Blue Origin is going to put payload around Mars before SpaceX

While not technically in orbit, Europa Clipper (launched on a Falcon Heavy) did a gravity assist around Mars last March, getting within 550 miles of Mars.

It’s crazy that all these people advising the president graduated from Ivy League schools. This is the dumbest policy ever.

You give the Ivy League way too much credit. Two of my worst employees had degrees from Princeton/Harvard and Cornell/Penn.

The government should create conditions/environment to encourage home ownership in a much more reasonable fashion. Not saying to give people money. Just give incentive.

They’d be better served incentivizing builders to build sub $400k($300k?) homes with partially subsidized interest rates. Allows people to build equity that could eventually be used to purchase larger homes.

Help me with the math. Does the amortization schedule stretch out to 50? So less interest as it’s paid out longer or more interest as you’re paying longer?

Depends what your goal is. Amortization is done over 50 years, so more interest payments and probably a higher rate. Good for the consumer wrt to affordability, bad for the consumer wrt building wealth (i.e. equity in the home).
