They hadn’t played anybody last year until they played us and they looked dang good. Eye test is what matters here. They got studs at every level. Especially DB

I think he most important defensive star is defensive SP+ which considers many different Things and is an advanced metric which accounts for when backups are in, when game is out of hand, etc, has bama 11 and LSU 36 I believe. Wish I had the link. People think this bama defense is bad but they are still a top 10 defense. We are getting there.

Jeudy is the most talented one in the country and still ha really good stats. Leads the league in receptions. Definitely could make an argument for him

I know tua threw 2 picks that game but he still threw for 64% and 300 yards with 2 TDs. He’s a gunslinger for sure

DeVonta Smith is really good. Hard to say he would be 4th. He is uber talented and saw a mock the other day having him go first round. He can run the whole route tree and is similar to AJ green just shorter. Silky smooth
