City's owners should buy him Las Palmas as a gift next summer. He could one-up Vinny by being Player/ Owner.
I think City will continue to go after players with a fixed buy-out clause (I think all Spanish contracts have one). The price goes up the minute they are interested in a player and this protects them from paying an extra 25%.

Rumor is they're buying back Angelino (one of Yankee Stadium's greats) from PSV.
