That play, not 2019 or the Natty win, are what finally exorcised the ghost of Les Miles from Tiger Stadium. Welcome to a new era. GEAUX TIGERS!...

Except the 3.5”x9” are the size of the acrylic display piece not the ticket. The physical ticket is 3.5” wide x 7 3/4” high. I was assuming the dimensions were of the ticket itself that the display could hold....

Ticket Display - not for your ticket

Posted by MJF_LSU on 6/7/20 at 11:17 am
FYI - I ordered this thru Fanatics to display my ticket from the Championship game, but the ticket is too large to fit in it. The ticket is about the width of the acrylic and the height from the coin to the top. The “replica” ticket is much smaller. They need to provide more info to buyers - do not ...

re: A farewell to Kirby Smith Hall

Kirby Smith 82-84. Freshman year, honors dorm, top floor. The dorm threw a pre-homecoming jungle juice party outside on the West side, complete with giant garbage cans of everclear laden poison and a sizable bonfire built entirely out of found furniture and construction material (and quite close...

re: Bourbon street adventures?

The year was 1978. 8th grade field trip. Teachers let us loose for an hour as we reached Bourbon (I sh*t you not) right around noon. I gaggle of us baws walked a half a block down to the open door of a strip joint. There’s a green felt covered table/stage eight feet inside the door with a scantily c...

What an awesome time capsule that distills what it was and is to be an LSU Tigah football fan! 1982 was the year I graduated high school and started at LSU, so this did bring back some memories for me as well of my first Saturday night in the Real DEATH VALLEY! Thanks OP and GEAUX TIGERS!!!...

re: My best friend just passed away

Lost my best friend at 50 to a massive heart attack. We’d known each other since we were about 5 years old. Close through school and were even roommates at LSU for three semesters. Went our separate ways but always in touch as we went through adult life and still always picked up right where we left...

Joe Burrow interview on Gameday

Posted by MJF_LSU on 12/14/19 at 9:33 am
Just more of Joe being Joe. Humble, appreciative, credit to the team and coaches, pride in being a Louisianan now, bringing it all home to LSU, being 13-0 his proudest accomplishment, kept the content of the Canon family’s letter to himself but honoring their kind words. Class all the way....
