Yes, but how many of them were undersized and still were all pro for 6 years?. And how many are great leaders and motivators? I hope he becomes one of the most successful coaches in LSU history by the time he retires. Only time will tell but I'm optimist. He's a fighter, smart, successful and motivated. Like Bob Sieger sang about, "The Fire Inside"
Agree with Michael Brooks! He was a bad man.
It's embarrassing that we can't make a tournament that invites 64 teams! With the LSU brand, athletes in proximity, money, resources, and exposure? Wtf. I looked at the projected field and had to scratch my head, just awful. There are many good coaches who would succeed here. It's time to get ours.
I'm all LSU and that was funny af! We haven't been great since then but we beat bama 22, then JD won a Heisman 23, last year 24 not great. And os finally won another. Much has changed since 2003. Coach Kelly, you're up.
The missed dunk late didn't help. 4 pt. technical, just fricking ouch.
I changed the channel and told a friend, " I love the Tigers too much to watch them get destroyed"
And Staley has been at SC for 24 years, Mulkey has been at LSU for 4 years and has already won a NC. How many does Staley have?
We Tiger fans hope that it turns out like it did 2 years ago when they whipped us worse than today. We won it all.
Perhaps, but they got calls at critical times and LSU did not. I'd like to see these teams play on a neutral site with unbiased officiating.
I think Freeman is a great guy and coach, and so did Brian Kelly. That's why Kelly hired him! I believe he'll be happy if ND wins it all, and it may just motivate him. But I don't think they will.

Craig "Buster" Davis? He ended up being a first round pick!
And all the while i thought he was from PA? Mr. Penn repping the boot from MD! Thank you
He's always been one of my favorite players. Pennsylvania guy repping the boot! Thank you for your contribution Mr. Penn.
I believe Spears and Toviano will be better than expected next season!

How about Womack, he could be one of our best DE the next couple of years?
I'm an optimist. If you want to wake up with a good attitude everyday, you have to be. Specially living in Louisiana and pulling for the Tigers and other local teams.
Or perhaps one of our other 3 quarter backs becomes very good.
