I like to get all the white membrane out and hard sear chunks on a ripping hot skillet or grill. Keep it as rare as you can. Add S&P and down the hatch. Done it as 'steak and eggs' and it was great as well.

I like to mix a big batch with only the dry ingredients, make portions big enough for a day or two, and as you go through it, mix in avocado as a sub for mayo. You'll still use some mayo, but it will be a lot less. If you premix the avocado with the big batch, the color gets a little funky.

I don't like mine very sweet:
Bar spoon Luxardo cherry juice
2-3 dashes bitters. I use orange, but pecan, standard, etc are great
2 oz bourbon or rye
Add large ice cube, stir until chilled. Can do this in a different glass if you want to wash another one
Express orange peel on top
Add a Luxardo cherry

Also great for roasting proteins in the oven so the bottom of whatever you're cooking stays out of the liquid in the sheet pan.

I have a few of their pans and one carbon steel and I use them almost daily. At the end of the day, they're cast iron just like a Lodge, but they're hand made in the USA and they're beautiful pieces. They seem to be a little harder than other pans to keep pretty, but it's a labor of love. If you can swing the price, I'd definitely try one.

Awesome! I appreciate the info sir. I have another year or two before I'm due for a driver, so hopefully they've worked those kinks out.

Been looking for one like this. I have my own makeshift I've been running, but this is going to help a lot

Look like ringless honeys. They’re awesome sautéed with butter and garlic

Adidas Tour 360 Boosts are insanely comfortable. I have 1.5 years of play in mine and they’re going strong. Will get them again when these are too beat up. I also have some FJ Pro SLs that I like a lot, but I don’t wear them as often as the Adidas
