I am definitely old school. I still believe in say what you mean and mean what you say. I would much prefer the leader of this nation speak plainly and follow through. No BS and no fluff, damn who doesn’t like it. If you aren’t willing to walk the talk thenSTFU.
As someone who voted for Trump 3 times, I am embarrassed. I truly believed he was different, but it’s the same shite different day.

The Hitachi is way cheaper
Almost like what happens here.
Now is that $350 or is that treefiddy?
I grew up in rural Alabama in the late fifties early sixties. I saw “Whites Only” signs on store fronts, ‘colored people’ lived in the “quarters”. I saw oppression and discrimination; it was ugly and wrong. BUT, that was 60 years ago, since then there have been black generals, black CEOs and a black president of the USA, for two terms.
The excuses are used up, if a black person cant do whatever they want to do it’s because they don’t want to. There is no actual deterrent to success for black people except what they impose on themselves.

Tablet is dead

Posted by Gatiger1955 on 8/26/24 at 11:54 am
I know title sucks but that's due to my problem. The outer edge of the tablet is unresponsive. The middle of the screen works fine but anything on the outer part of the screen is useless. I edited this text because I can't even use the outer part of the keyboard. I'm using the autotype fetcher to type. Any ideas.

Not trying to be argumentative, I just wanted general impressions of the company. Do they pay as they should, can you count on them to be there when you need them, or do you have to get a lawyer any time you file a claim. I simply have no experience with them and I know the OT knows all.

I'm shopping home and auto. Have Quotes from Progressive, AutoOwners, some smaller outfits. I know everyone has an opinion and the local guy makes most of the difference but I've never dealt with Allstate. I hate to see all the knowledge and experience on the OT go to waste.

Bad for the broker doesn't necessarily mean bad for the policy holder. Thanks for the input but can you see what I'm asking?

Anyone have any experience to share regarding Allstate insurance? Home, auto, claims anything?
We have a 12 year old GSD and just got her the second Librela shot today. It seems it makes it easier for her to move around and she seems to feel better. $98 a shot but it does look like it helps.

Vancouver area

Trying to plan a trip to Vancouver for anniversary next August. Nothing is set yet but we tend to enjoy seeing the great outdoors rather than cityscapes. Thinking about taking one of the driving/trips into the Canadian Rockies but would also enjoy seeing some of the coastline. Any help you guys can give would be great.
One could say that Bama football is a professional team. The airport I'll give you, UAB for medical is about as good as it gets. Demographics are what they are, let's not throw stones. Please give me an example of a good public education system. Finally, someone from Kentucky is even talking about another state?
They bought the land 4 years ago. Shock, they haven't broken ground.
