I take it to mean the businesses are being restricted by the government so their terms (ie, being open) are out of their hands. That's a bigger violation of rights than removing a customer for not wearing a mask, IMO....

Only season ticket holders can park on campus. Try to park in the mall parking lot north of campus. It's free and there have been shuttles in the past that bring people onto campus. That lot fills up fast, so plan to get there early or you'll have to pay to park somewhere else. Don't walk ar...
