Mine not working either. Says "This channel is not part of your TV package.". But it is and I've watched it many many times this season. Been on phone with Cox for over 30 minutes....

This is common "fix" that we get all the time from architects. Problem is that it doesn't consider the volume of water being drained and the velocities needed to accomplish the drainage. In order to get enough water out at a high enough rate, it is likely that the pipe had to be at a greater slope than what was allowed by the following the slope of the beams. Also, the fall or distance between the pipe and the beams above is very likely due to the fact that a short sweep 90-fitting would have increased the friction factor too much, again negating the ability of the system to drain properly.

This is solid wall, concrete construction. There is no other way to run that line without jeopardizing the stregnth and integrity of the structure. Yes, I am an engineer...14 years.
