Such a low IQ troll job All non Lebron fans hate the lakers, you're just on a louisiana centric message board so of course the Pels board is going to talk about it. Go to any other NBA team board out there and 90% will have something about that game. ...
I could be wrong and missed something but Woodland, Stamps and Brown looked good, not great, but it's spring and they are young. Jackson at Safety looks like a stud in the making. I do believe they will be better this upcoming season. Not LSU standards but a bridge to getting back to that level. ...

re: Looks like the defense

There were some flashes on defense today particularly with some younger guys. If we add a couple solid DTs in spring portal our d should be much better than last year. Not dominant but better considering we have a very good d staff now also. ...
Lol the internet? When do you think most houses in america got the internet let alone the world? Jordan retired in 2003. Most houses in the us finally had the internet by mid 2000's. The global push started with the dream team in 92 and expanding the tv market in the 90s. ...
sports were becoming global anyway
Partially due to the marketability of Jordan. No one had seen someone do what he was doing before. He was the face of sports in the 90s over any other athlete by far. You cant argue that. The NBA themselves claimed he saved them. [link=(https:/...
Not shooting 3s is bad strategy.
Hindsight is always 20/20 friend.
Shooting long 2s is bad strategy.
This was frowned upon in the 90s too. Mid range and paint were the preferable shots then unless you were Reggie Miller or his type and then it was all preferab...
LeBron is one of the all time greats but as far as the GOAT? No, Jordan is and always will be. You can argue stats until you're blue in the face but the fact is Jordan changed the game by making it a popular global sport paving the way to what it is today and saved the NBA. That's GOAT status. ...
Bad coaching/strategy is why they were limited.
Coaches in the 90's. Tier 1: Pat Riley, Phil Jackson, and Greg Poppovich. Tier 2: George Carl, Rudy Tomjanovich, Jerry Sloan, and Chuck Daly. That's a pretty good list for saying bad coaching. Better than what we got today...

re: Final Standings Predictions

Are you a Lakers fan? You got them finishing 12-5 while the rest of the teams ahead of them go .500 including the Pels going 9-10 down the stretch ...

re: Who is heir to the throne at LT?

Possibly slide Jones over if Davis or Bordelon aren't up for the task. Davis is a 5 star and would be a sophmore so not out of ordinary for that to happen. Bordelon had looked serviceable in mop up duty and he would be a senior by that time. Jones might want to give a shot for better draft status. ...
I’m looking at it through a Constitutional lens.
So your angle is cruel and unusual punishment correct? If that's your angle, it cant be for them missing the vein a few times because that happens daily in hospitals and clinics. If you're arguing its cruel and unusual to subm...

re: 85 man limit

Posted by Reeaholic on 1/16/24 at 5:23 pm
It really doesnt matter. We're only bringing in 13 of our high school recruits for spring so we will be below the 85 limit in spring anyway. I saw we were in total around 90 including the whole high school class so 90ish minus 16 (our recruits still in high school) is 74. We just need to get to ...
silly fun.
Where was that in the movie? Hart was way too serious, thats not his thing. I dont even think he made any jokes or did anything that was supposed to be funny. ...
If he wanted he could transfer in the spring portal like you said. Id assume he can play for an SEC school next year also since Texas is still technically Big 12 until fall sports start. ...
Moving forward, FBS programs now simply must be at or below 85 scholarship players by the opening of training camp. If coaches want to bring in 85 new players from season to season, the NCAA rule book won't stop them.
[link=(https://footballscoop.com/news/ncaa-officially-limits-ini...
