When I’m at a red light force my palms out and will squeeze my hands and flex them out until the light turns green. It’s been the best forearm workout I’ve had. Bc it’s continuous. I found it looking for simple exercises for my 71 year old mom. It works alllll the main muscles and the smaller stabilizers around the wrist.

The Nickle LB was a thing, but they're starting to vanish in the NFL. Teams are starting to shift back to running the football. His numbers and speed look like a productive college player, but we all watched the games. Who knows what might happen in the NFL though? He had a nice pro day ran well, weighed over 220, and jumped well.

Everyone is different man. Some people need time to grieve, but some people really just need companionship. Being alone sucks.

This is the NIL era in full form. You spend the money and on paper everything seems locked and loaded. Then the games start and the team just doesn’t produce.

Chris Mullen is. The dude was 3 x big east player of the year. On the Dream team, and won gold in the next Olympics too. He’s a HOF, but is lost to time. He would absolutely dominate in today’s game.

Currently DH sits at

10th: in rushing yards with 13,018
4th: in rushing TD's with 122
1 season with 2,000 yards

He's averaging around 1,200 yards a season which will put him 7th all time at the end of next season. I think it's very achievable.

The crazy part is can he do two more times? Putting him 3rd all time with 16,618 yards.

He still looks to be every bit as big, strong, and fast as he was when he came into the league. He had one season, 2021, where an injury sidelined him.

Always fun to look at are his high school stats that are laughable.
1,397 carries, 12,124 yards, and 153 TDs

The swing + walk out the box after he hit a bomb will forever be imprinted in my brain.

He was an all time great.

Growing up in Shreveport roughly 6 miles from Barksdale I love me some B-52s. I miss the days of seeing the A-10s flying low and fast.
