I can stand at a major intersection here in BR and point out which cars don't have any insurance , without technology. A good policeman can also.
If it is missing a bumper or has a hanging one it's a sure indication that it doesn't.
Don't want a plate reader to read you plate just smear some vaseline on it.
Some politician's nephew probably has the contract to install and maintain these flock cameras , at a inflated rate.
Don't like the cameras? Sneak out there at night with a ski cap on and put a black garbage bag over it with a sign that says ' out of service' .

Some of ya'll are posting the size of Iran stating that it is a huge country.
What ya'll are missing is that large portions of Iran has little of no population.
It is mainly a desert country that has poor population.
Also some of you don't know what the definition of war is.
Today we still have people that lament and clutch their pearls that we dropped two nukes on Japan, a country with similar militaristic convictions of Iran. If the U.S. had to invade Japan with ground forces in 1945 we would have lost 2 million of our men doing so. Iran hides their convictions behind religion. Their religion has been brainwashing its' children to hate the west for the last 50 years. This religious ideology is a tough enemy to overcome.
If they really want to live like it is 600 A.D. then we need to oblige them and take out their electrical switching stations.

I find it odd that she has been engaged to the same guy for over 4 years now.
No wedding announcement ?
Also isn't she Catholic ? She should have like 6 children by now.

I'm for putting all violent criminal offenders behind bars.
On the other hand prisons can be expensive and not everyone wants to live next to one. A large portion of people don't believe that prisons should exist.
What are politicians to do ?
Well they might think the solution is that we need prisons but public sentiment is against building them or expanding existing ones. Also no one wants to pay more taxes for them. But the public wants criminals put away.
Politicians may think we will just put everyone in prison without them knowing . How? We will use unlimited surveillance methods. The entire country will be a prison , without bars, fences , or guards. We will know when people leave their homes, where they go, who they see, what they buy or sell, what they do at work, and when they get home. How? We will just put these cameras everywhere.
Who watches the Watchers ?

My electrical engineering prof told us that it cost $33 in parts to build a laptop.
Couple of weeks ago I heard that it costs $17,000 in parts and labor to build a F-150.
As long as diesel fuel is $5 /gallon prices are going to stay high.
It is diesel fuel that fuels commerce .

A tough row to hoe.
Perhaps you can start with the Persian Wars of 499 B.C. ?
Someone wrote a book about it.

What most people miss is that harvesting crops such as cotton or sugar cane is one of the easiest parts of farming.
Cotton plants by nature drain the soil of nutrients very quickly so new virgin farmland was necessary in order to have a successful crop.
This brings in the hardest back breaking activities, the clearing of land for new crops.
Before the invention of the chainsaw land had to be cleared with the axe and many strong backs. This was the worst part of farming. Trees had be felled and hauled away and the stumps had to be removed, all by hand and a few mules.

Imagine channeling all this energy into something beneficial as finding a cure for cancer or heart disease.
Anyway, unexplained fatal car crashes still occur.

Should circle his arse with a couple of A-10s.
No excuse for this , the restricted airspace is marked on the maps.
Part of pre flight is always to review your maps. No excuse.

Wife and I visited some close friends that live in Mena Arkansas. Went to get some supplies for grilling and stopped at the Wal Mart in Mena.
It was shocking. The floor was so clean that our shoes squeaked everywhere we went. The AC was blowing ice cold. Every thing was stocked to the gills.
Helpful cheery employees in every department, all said hello and asked if they could help. Not an african American anywhere in sight. Nothing was locked up.
Also visited some friends in Bentonville and arrived to the hotel about 9:30 PM. We were hungry so we went to the local Hardees. Almost the same situation. You could eat off the floor. The wait staff was actually happy to see us. We ate in side of the store. Food was fresh and hot. Staff wanted to know if there was anything to get for us, several times. All polite with smiles like they actually enjoyed their jobs. Once again the staff was all white and young.
Many folks in louisiana need a serious attitude adjustment, this is no way to live.
