Well it rained yesterday so not much was done.
It's forecasted for rain on Tuesday and we have Thursday and Friday off so most likely not much will be done next week.

My company Ram pickup that is assigned to me has a plastic interior made of the same plastic that my garbage bin is made of.
So when I drive around in it I feel like I’m riding in my garbage can.

If he is a first time offender the judge will probably let him off with probation and will have to pickup trash off the side of Airline Hwy for like 4 (four) Saturdays, and a promise never ever to take state lumber ever again.

It is good that we have these ‘ new’ libraries just about in every neighborhood.
The buildings are nice and seem to be built well.
The books, newspapers, and magazines are a plus. Internet( computer) can be helpful.
But the buildings have been built . The library system probably gets its’ books at a wholesale rate.
The employees are paid. Pension plan probably provided by the state or parish.
You only need money for maintenance and utilities.
Adjust your mileage for that amount or the Citizens/ voters will adjust it to 0 (zero) for you.
As I type this I am reminded of the burning of the Library of Alexandria and how one of my history profs claimed that it set civilization back a thousand years.
Fortunately we won’t have that but the library buildings are built , end.

Had some friends who stopped to visit on their way to Colorado a couple of weeks ago.
They asked what is there to do in Baton Rouge?
Only thing I could think of was the zoo.
BR has a weird history , like there are groups of people who sit around that plan to torpedo anyone who tries to improve the place.
