The Interstate is a boring road. I’ll drive it through Houston and DFW but once I get out of those hellholes I”ll take the old US highways. I like the local restaurants and I like to drive through the small towns like Fredericksburg , Paris, and Dime Box.

This is more of a problem of not having Circuses any longer.

After the Normandy breakout it was Operation Cobra.

I remember when that was a little hole in the wall bar with $1 fishbowls.

I was underwhelmed.

Give that Man a case of Blue Ribbons.

Race Trac on Harding by the airport has some pretty good coffee, and it is cheaper and taste better than Tarbox.

I get the large coffee and a Fat Boy Ice Cream sammich.

I’m not a cop lover but I do respect the law.

I’m not a racists but I will avoid trashy people of all races.

Being LEO can be a tough job. They have to deal with the trash on a daily basis. Homeless druggies who haven’t had a shower in years. Drug pushers who prey on the innocent. Murderers. Accidents with dead bodies scattered about. Domestic violence where innocent children get hurt. People trying to shoot and kill you.

It has to wear on a person mentally and physically. People develop ways in ways to cope and vent.

Calling folks racial slurs isn’t cute or right but could be a coping mechanism.

How about people choosing not to do criminal activities?
