Fastest women's 100m in women's track and field history!!!

Shacarri Richardson just broke Dawn Sowell 30 year 100m collegiate record by running a 10.75 100m. This is also the 9th fastest women's 100m in world history. She's did this as a 19 year old freshman!!! Just wow!!!
