Maybe true, maybe not true. Regardless, they can't turn her away while she is in labor, and even if they pursue collection actions since she isn't a U.S. Citizen what SSN or anything else would they use? No way to get their money back, and they know that, so maybe the waiver is true as "attempting" to collect is fruitless and would cost them even more.

This thing blew up and went big on the social inter-webs. We’re good at marketing but not that good. People have even asked us if we stole our own van! Yes, that would be hilarious but, we assure you that we couldn’t make this shite up. We had no idea that calling the police and posting it on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram would get this much attention. We didn’t have a lot of facts to give out on Monday, we have a video of three individuals stealing the van at 1AM on Monday morning. The police believe that they may have used the van to commit 10+ car break-ins in the area, before they abandoned it near Frazier Park. A lot of tips came in from fans of the brewery who lived in the area and saw the obvious neon van, proving it was probably not a good idea to steal a brightly colored well known brewery vehicle.

We wanted to thank all of you for helping us get our van back, by commenting, sharing and sending us tips via direct message. This week we will brew Van Theft Auto, when it releases, we will be selling it for 25 cents a pint (to cover taxes). That’s as close to a free keg party as we can do for you, Charlotte. Thank you so much for your help, Queen City, you guys are #supersleuths!

Which one? One is kind of a little shite, the other is very weak though.

Answer depends on which one is going, as I obviously have a favorite.

Additionally, I am military myself, will I also be dying, as well as letting my child die? That weighs heavily on my decision also.

My home value in California, over the past 2 years increased, 10% leading to a 60K profit when sold.

Midway between San Fran and Sacramento. Raising interest rates had us concerned it would be a difficult sell. Very happy to get out now though as I feel like it will be dropping again soon.
