Cliches/Sayings that do not make sense

I hear on TV and on songs, "Live everyday likes it's your last day." If you knew you'd die in one day, people would blow tons of money, skip work to see family, maybe donate their entire savings to charity, do a lot of law breaking. Point is that you should not live everyday like it's your last day....

I dont have a problem with minorities. If the U.S. were all white I'd imagine there'd be much more competition for the good jobs. The way it's set up now I have a natural advantage....

Every game today is 20-20 at half. No one wants to watch that. NBA doubles those scores....

I don't come on the rant a ton so not sure if discussed in depth yet. Something tells me this isn't a coincidence this happen right before tournament play. Someone from outside was making sure this happend sooner than later....

From what I've gathered, they are usually people who never made it in their 40's and somehow this makes their life feel more credible. You don't see doctors or engineers as life coaches. I'll hangup and listen...
