Since it is portable, why not just get a heavy duty extension cord from generator to house thru a window with a Muti plug to various services. No worry about back feed, no worries about theft from your secure storage, easy set up....

The cop that arrested Scotty Scheffler apparently worked for the NOPD for 5 years or so before he bailed. He also is the owner of an accident investigation company, working with the likes of Morris Bart type folks when he is not on duty. Looks like a high dollar settlement set up...

Wiki now lists 5 major wars currently underway with more than 10000 fatalities per year. It also lists 15 additional wars underway with 1000-10000 fatalities per year currently. Gaza and Ukraine are in the top tier. Can concerned citizens list the other 18....

Lets see, a 10% interest rate on a 400 thousand dollar house is 40 grand a year, plus taxes and insurance 12 grand, and pay down just a bit on principle 6 grand, utility 3 grand, plus repairs and maintenance {crapy new appliances} 3 grand , all comes up with a total of 64 thousand dollars a year...
