I've had USAA since 2003. started with home owners and auto at that time. I recently switched auto insurance to Progressive because it was significantly cheaper when we added my first child to our policy. I kept home owners and don't even shop it b/c I hear horror stories on here about home insurance. I've made one claim for a roof with them and it was an easy process. However, when I made my claim they handled in house. My mother made a claim more recently for a roof and it wasn't quite as smooth, and I found out during that process that it's a third party that handles the claims now. still not bad enough of an experience to switch

I was just having this conversation with my mother, as my son is currently applying to LSU. Unfortunately, I don’t feel very optimistic about Baton Rouge improving in the next 5–10 years. The justice system has literally had these criminals in their grips, and yet they are repeatedly released with no effort for reform.

would you rather the city haul the dog to the incinerator? b/c that's the other option for the dog. I suppose there is a very slight chance that the dog is adopted, but it has a far better chance of being tossed in the incinerator with the other 300+ animals that get charred every month.

Personal theory here, but I think he’s a CIA asset. His podcast took off like crazy and was all over my feed. He got hyper boosted in the algorithm for no reason and he came out of nowhere two or three years ago. And of course he use to work for the CIA.

I think his job is to get certain guest on and let them drive storylines. Because you’re right - he doesn’t know how to ask a good question yet he got boosted like crazy.

I remember thinking the same thing first time I watched one of his interviews at the request of a friend. The guest was interesting, but something was off about Shawn. terrible interviewer. asked dumb questions. I couldn't understand how he was getting the high profile guests. I think you're on to something with the asset theory
