not in Mamou, but Naq's in Duson is pretty cool. live music basically all weekend. Kevin Naquin (Kevin Naquin and the Ossun Playboys) opened last year.

Friday: 11am – 9pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 10pm
Sunday: 10am – 2pm

We’re also your destination for live music Thursday through Saturday, with special Cajun/Zydeco breakfasts on Saturday mornings that combine rhythm and flavor like never before.

we do a 'meatless' spaghetti for San Giuseppe/St Joseph on his feast day at church. Red sauce with no meat and we use boiled eggs instead of mushrooms. I'll admit, it's not the best spaghetti, but I've been doing this with my family every year since I was born so it's a tradition and I look forward to it. There's also plenty of casseroles with cabbage, eggplant, etc. but no meat
did someone ask this same question recently or am I experiencing deja vu

I'm not sure but they stare at me the entire time we're together. They either love me or they secretly want to kill me

looked it up and you could get this car with a.......

460 cubic-inch (7.5-liter) Ford 385-series V8
Details on the 460 V8 in 1970:
-It was part of Ford’s “385-series” big-block family (along with the 429).
-Available in the Galaxie 500, LTD, and full-size Ford models.
-Often marketed with high torque for smooth, effortless cruising—perfect for the big Ford sedans of the era.
-Power output varied slightly by configuration, but generally 365 hp (gross)

marketed as a comfort-oriented family cruiser...that could do 125mph :wha:

I'll be honest; I could give a sh!t less if these people fight chickens or not. I've never been into it myself nor even known anyone who was, but I just don't care.

Was the 'systems' creation some attempt to merge. I really don't understand the significance of it all, but we only have 3 when you lump them up. still seems expensive per university with the system method.

Louisiana State University (LSU) System

Louisiana State University – Baton Rouge
Louisiana State University at Eunice (two-year)
Louisiana State University of Alexandria
Louisiana State University Shreveport
LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans
LSU Health Sciences Center – Shreveport
Paul M. Hebert Law Center (LSU Law)

Southern University System

Southern University – Baton Rouge
Southern University at New Orleans
Southern University at Shreveport (two-year)
Southern University Law Center
Southern University Agricultural Research & Extension Center

University of Louisiana (UL) System

Grambling State University – Grambling
Louisiana Tech University – Ruston
McNeese State University – Lake Charles
Nicholls State University – Thibodaux
Northwestern State University – Natchitoches
Southeastern Louisiana University – Hammond
University of Louisiana at Lafayette – Lafayette
University of Louisiana at Monroe – Monroe
University of New Orleans – New Orleans
pretty sure it uses data from tax assessor maps. each parish/county keeps it's own database (usually hired out), but the OnX ap is only going to be as accurate as that particular parish/county is, and they aren't always super accurate. if you wanted to get nats arse, you'd have to read legal descriptions (and survey it)
