The standard Mini Roam (starting at $50/month for 50GB or $165/month unlimited) is officially limited to coastal/inland waters (up to about 12 nautical miles from shore).

Consistent dosing down to .1G, fresh beans (roasted within the past 2 weeks for reliable CO2), consistent grinding, WDT Tool, and proper tamping should prevent channeling.
Cleaning the burrs of your grinder is far more important than descaling.

I use a Breville most of the time. Cometeer is a great option if you don’t want to pull shots yourself.

Recall will cover the repairs if it's under warranty. It takes them two visits to replace them.....My dealership only charged like $2800 to replace

It's not about the temp, it's all about drying the skin out prior to smoking. I'd salt them & leave them in the fridge overnight to dry out prior to smoking.
