Hoping for something with a heavyish barbell as long as it isn't thrusters. Would like to see HSPUs, maybe some rowing, pullups or t2b, nothing on that devil bike and no dubs lol...

My daily routine consists of this: Generally wake up around 4:30-4:45. Out the door around 5:30. I go to local Crossfit gym at 6:00am, head to work around 7-7:30 until 4:30ish. I really like the benefits of fasting, on weekends I usually do a 24 or occasionally a 48 if I don't have much going on...

Best advice I have is to aim so low on the fish that you miss underneath it. Its easier to bring your shot up as opposed to shooting lower as crazy as that may sound....
