What happened in the Rigondeaux fight

They were exchanging punches at the end of the round. The bell rang they threw a punch or two a piece and Rigondeaux's landed and knocked him out. Ref called it good, Executive Director backed him so for now its a Rigondeaux TKO.

No doubt the straight right had him wobbled but I still think those shots at the end were low.

100% agree. Even if his cup was high and the shots were on the border it still shouldn't have been stopped. At best should have been an 8 count.

There's going to be a weird narrative about this fight because of lederman's embarrassingly bad scoring.

He had the same score as one of the judges.

I thought it was 67-66 Kovalev
I was just curious. People bring this up often and can never really validate it with names.
Just curious. Could you name 5 M2M transfers in Feaster's 6 years there?
Any of these games on the radio tonight?

Kevin Mawea

Mawae, but yes

This was the position that Miles had his hands on the most. Grimes didn't have a choice with who played what position. I don't think we have seen what Grimes can really do. You could see this during practices at the coaches clinic. By the way, the same happened with Stud too!

This is 100% correct, went to many practices in the last few years and Miles spent 85% of the time with the O-Line while Grimes watched and made some comments. He spent the other 10% with the running backs and 5 minutes watching the QB's. In that order. I still believe Kevin would be an unbelievable hire as O-Line coach.

Back to back "reads" and that is all I could really find.

IDK what the left side of the line is doing on this play or who BH should be reading in the first place, so I'm calling it a read is dubious.

On the second one I'd assume he is reading #43 the OLB and he made the correct call to give it to LF.

OK So the first play is def not a read. The LT is blocking the loose 9 and he is staring at the end to hold the LB'er's ... The second one you could assume is a Counter Read but they block the back side tackle.

These are Inside Zone and Counter GT, no reads involved

A Zone Read is when you leave someone unblocked and read the way they play the QB. For example if the unblocked Lineman (usually an End) takes the RB the QB runs where he was, if the End runs up field you hand it off and you block inside zone. Same concept with counter Read you don't block the (For example) 3 or 4 tech and if he follows the pullers the QB replaces him and you run it through the hole and block everyone else.

Just my view of the situation.
Harris throws for 280 and runs for 80, 3 total TD's
I'm glad we've made it to the day where we are critiquing camp counselors at a high school skills camp ... Next thing Savage is gonna say is he didn't properly read the lawnmower dropping into coverage and he should have checked down to the girls in the beer cart

Could you please elaborate on this. Specifically what does that mean?

My only problem with your post is you not pointing out that BH is not football smart. He has intelligence as you noted but those close to him will tell you has a very low football IQ.

I am as close or closer to Harris than anyone on this board and I can tell you his football IQ is pretty high. And he is quite intelligent as well.

Linsey Scott in a Dan Mullen offense

Well Dan Mullen didn't offer him so obviously he disagrees
Keondre Wudtee - Parkway High School

Guy is a playmaker. Much more athletic than Franks and throws a great ball.

4 years of HS playing out of the shotgun versus 9 games in college playing under center

This is why its hard to read this stuff because people have no clue. He spent a quarter of his snaps under center in HS. Give the kid some time, I understand there are a lot of great arm chair coaches here, but he's a sophomore give him some time.

His mechanics looked like shite against ole miss.

Please elaborate
They would play at Zachary. There is a new rule that says the high seed host the semi-final game no matter who traveled last or how many times. First year for it to take effect.
