Why can't people discuss/debate the current and future state of their programs without it turning into an adolescent "they started it" meltdown.
Alabama is the gold standard in FB atm with many programs on an upward trend...

I agree!
And I'm one of the few that doesn't despise Saban. He loved his job at LSU, tried his luck in the NFL and wasn't as successful. The Bama job was available when he came back and that was the closest available job to what he had here. He's a great coach and turned our program around.

I guess my point is....our offense hasn't scared anyone in quite a while. So I compare UCF's defense to that about of Ole Miss this year. Meaning they'd get smoked against most SEC teams. They need to accept UF offer and start winning some OOC games against good competition.
Or remain Danny Ka...

All stats were dominated by LSU, threw a pick 6 in the redzone. Burrow looked like an All-American against that horrible defense after that. They'd get put in their place in most P5 conferences....
