Homemade Tartar Sauce
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup dill pickles,minced 1. Mix all ingredients together well.
1 green onion, minced 2. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
3 tbls. onions, minced 3. Makes 1 1/2 pints.
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. garlic juice
4 tbls. horseradish
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon

depends on tire/rim size. lot of atv tire are same the size, put Carlisle All Trail ATV Tire 20x10.00-8 on mine

Who’s the Mystery Man Who’s Perfect To Be LSU’s Next Head Coach?

A number of names from both big and small colleges across the country are being mentioned. Coaches from major universities, including Texas A&M's Jimbo Fisher, Lane Kiffin from Ole Miss and Michigan State Spartans boss Mel Tucker head the list. But there's one name, one coach so incredibly qualified to take over the Tigers football program, you'd think that LSU Athletic Director Scott Woodward would be beating down his door, ready to throw millions in cash his way. But, so far at least, his name hasn't come up on anyone's catalogue of top coaches. So, who is this mystery man who could lead LSU football back to glory?

-The acid comments seem like they’d work as I always feel my food lacks acid, but damn tossing in vinegar or lemon juice to a gumbo feels so weird. I’ll try a very little bit and see what I think.
Instead try a teaspoon of yellow mustard, add to gumbo as soon as its at a rolling boil while dissoloving roux. Also add a bay leaf,basil and smoked turkey wings or necks.
