As a Monroe native, NLU & ULM grad, and lifelong Tech hater, this is definitely one of the greatest sports days ever!! About time those delusional, arrogant assholes get what they deserve. I do feel sorry for their seniors, they didn't deserve this.

Surprised there is no talk of this game. I think my Warhawks get to 2-2 this week and win first game against Tulane.

We are on the same side when it comes to ULM vs Tech, but I have to give you a :doublebird:. And I wouldn't claim that being in the middle of the town of West Monroe makes WMHS folks more "city" than OPHS folks. It seems to me that WM people are happy to be called rednecks. But there is no disputing the dominace WM has over Ouachita. Not even close. When I was at OPHS, we never lost to WM.

Wasn't this discussion about football programs?How did it turn into academic prowess? So you believe your LSU degree (I'm assuming you have one) is better than my ULM degrees (BS & MS)? You do realize that what makes a school good or not is the professors. My professors had PhDs from LSU and other great schools. You really need to think a little more before typing ridiculous statements.

Dude, what exactly does LTU bring to the SunBelt that is so extraordiarily great that you speak about? LTU would be the greatest benefactor if they join the SBC. You need to get your head out of your arse and realize that LTU is at best a mid to upper tier Sun Belt team. Nothing more, nothing less. I personally would like to see them in the SBC just so the ULM/Tech game could be renewed. But I would also get much pleasure in LTU holding out hope that the WAC stays intact, only for it to fold in a couple of years, leaving LTU to play as an Indy because it was too stubborn to joing the SBC when it could. Only then does the SBC accept LTU back, crawling on hands and knees begging.

I get more embarrased for you with every post. If your birth date on your profile is correct, I'm exactly one year older than you. I don't know when you first became aware of KISS, but I don't really have a memory of not knowing about them and being a fan. You don't like their music, fine, don't listen to it, which I'm guessing you don't. But to say they suck just because you don't like them is immature. I HATE U2, but would never say they suck, because obviously many people do like them. You criticize their marketing, why? What have the done differently lately that they haven't been doing since 1974? In the beginning they came up with a look to stand out from everyone else, and guess what, it worked. But their look alone is not what makes them great. If their music sucked as you say, they wouldn't have made it past 1975. If you don't like them, shut up and quit talking about them.
