I did it for 5-6 years. Had a buddy with some family land and when we would get up there and the people would hear a coonass accent they would approach us. They couldn’t believe we drove 15hrs to shoot deer they all thought we were there for Pheasant. After 5 years we had permission to hunt more land than we possibly could. This was in Jefferson and Gauge county.

I have the same truck. It currently has 12k miles on it and I avg 25+ mpg. Zero issues so far.

Just about anyone but Guidry. His stuff is good but I believe he is too emotional to start games. He is great in the long reliever roll but struggles when they try to start him. Keep him in the spot that he can pitch with the high emotion. It’s hard to throw 5 innings when you get as excited as he does.

There are adjustments to be made to go from reliever to starter. In these early season games you can give up 4-5 runs because the Tigers will average over 10 runs a game before conference starts. He has the stuff to get it done just has to figure out how to be a starter. You can’t pitch 6 innings with the same intensity as you do as a reliever.

Milam’s avg was down from .326 to .295 last year. But he walked more and struck out less than his freshman season. He wasn’t over swinging sometimes just didn’t get any breaks. If 5-6 balls find eyes
