Currently have Mixon in Flex, but two DNPs have me nervous about playing him. My other two options would be either Woods or Fulgham. Which of these 3 should I play in a full PPR?...

Has anyone read "Jailhouse Strong" by Josh Bryant? I'm trying to decide if it's worth the $20 on Amazon. I'm training more at home now with bodyweight stuff and some dumbbell work thrown in, and wondering there anything worthwhile in it to apply to my workouts. Thanks....
