At 4 years old you need to take her into any public bathroom. The risk of predators aside, they still struggle with the basics at times, not to mention the doors and the sink and the hand drier.

Top choice: family.
Second choice: Men’s unless it’s horrendous or occupied.
Third choice: Announce yourself and go into the women’s bathroom.

Best strategy is to try to get her to empty her bladder and bowels BEFORE you go anywhere.

But if she’s anything like my kids she will swear that she doesn’t have to go and then have to take a shite as soon as you get to wherever you’re going.

It’s not like doctors were intentionally fattening patients or encouraging them to stay fat or keeping them fat for profit. Americans certainly don’t need any coaxing :lol:

Americans just do not have the ability or willingness or whatever, largely, to lose and keep off weight.

So, there was a need for bariatric surgery that was filled by willing doctors.

There is an effective drug now, and this medication is preferable to surgery. There is now less of a need for bariatric surgery. Fewer will go into the field.

Surgery always seemed like a suboptimal treatment for a psychiatric-type issue.

Call me crazy, but instead of following, videoing, and making assumptions, wouldn’t it have been much more prudent to simply approach the very unthreatening young girls and ask them what they were up to?

We all know that whatever it is it ain’t gonna be that she was trying to make a flagrantly racist statement.
