I think it’s pretty clear why lines should be drawn for those in a position of authority where they can manipulate or blackmail a victim, especially a minor.

How do they get around states’ rights?

I know women who make up to 6 figures in the private sector largely working remote so that they can be at home more. They also have working husbands.

If you know you want to be home for your kids (admirable quality) but don’t want to survive on the income of just your spouse, it’s smart to find a flexible job.

And as long as the job gets done, who the frick cares if you’re physically in the office.

I don’t take anyone who cares about the label used to describe a gay couple’s committed relationship seriously - obviously as long as the government didn’t force a church to be involved.

The right should be embracing homosexuals who agree in terms of limited government, tax law, foreign policy, illegal immigration, etc.

And there are many of them out there. There are also a lot of people who are not homosexuals but who would more readily embrace fiscal conservatism over leftism if Republicans simply kept their religious views confined to their church and own personal life.
