Damn, almost got in this morning when it was up 9% but was hesitant to chase…. Missed out
If we’re going ti reduce SS for those that worked their whole lives then we should also cut the handouts for those that haven’t worked.
You might can lease the land to someone to farm it. Then you still own it for the future
Great to wake up to on a Monday!! But, now I’m not going to get any work done today watching the price…

re: Refinancing Vehicle

I’ve bought two trucks and financed through Ford/GM to get extra rebates. After first payment I refinanced with my credit union for a lower rate. There were no fees, but the last time I did it was in 2014

I agree with poster above, only refinance for the same number of months remaining on the original loan.

We went last year, stayed in Gattlinburg. Saw a Bear open the car door in the cabin across from us and was inside. That bear came back every night trying to get into cars.

I bought last year when it dipped to low $700’s….sold way to early
Moving today, let’s get to 30+ please!
Increase savings when you get a raise. 1/2 to savings and 1/2 to account for cost of living. I would bump the 401k up 1% each raise until you get to the max.

It might need more time to thaw, especially the drain line. You could take the back off and use a blow dryer. I usually leave mine for a few days. Samsung French door….its now my shop fridge because I was tried of thawing it out 2x a year

Freezer still works? Probably just frozen up and the fan can’t push the cold air to the fridge
This popped 40% after hours on Friday. My cost basis is $22, I hope it goes to 30+

I went with Scag Freedom Z, so far it’s been great and seems well built.

re: Need Help with Dryer Duct

I would get a ventless heat pump dryer. I have one and it works but takes longer to dry. You also have to clean out the coils when they get too much lent on them maybe once every year or two but it will be easier than keeping that long duct run clean.
Damn you Vanguard….i was ready to buy some shares at $79 yesterday
NOW is at a 52 week low despite having strong earnings the past two or three quarters. I’m hoping it starts an upward trend soon.
Same with Vanguard , I’m going to take it as a sign that I was about to buy the dip to early as I always do
What is a price target to buy a few more shares today? $82?
