Most go !0% profit and 10% overhead. If he is some retired guy just helping, give the 10%, but if he is still legit with insurance and in business then give the 20%.

a clear coat is not necessary over exterior paint. Go with a higher gloss as it will dull down quickly. If you are go with a clear get an acrylic clear for exterior, oil based will amber.

Went to the show and was extremely impressed with his guitar work! Sad to see him barely walk to the stage with a cane, but man he can still play. Even my wife who could care less was appreciative of his playing. Glad we went and enjoyed the show.

so, your bill was $430 for the month. Means you paid $14 a day divided by 24 hours so basically $. 60 cents an hour. You paid a penny a minute and you complaining? Electricity is the biggest bargain around!
