Should I apply fresh topsoil to beds before putting down new straw?
I usually don’t, just put straw on top of old stuff. Beds are 6 years old, so established.

I used to think the same… when I got regular Mexican like enchiladas, tacos, etc.
Got the grill for 2- or whatever it is- last time. Fajita chicken, steak, shrimp, ribs, shrimp bomb things…

Just call. We did it before, pretty easy.
Most likely an OOC game, but we did manage to get hooked up to an Auburn Friday night game a few years ago.
Let them know and they can put a welcome graphic on the scoreboard, etc.

But Faith is mentioned over and over in the Bible….
There is no evidence of Jesus healing the blind- correct? No video, pictures, witnesses that are alive….only thing we have is our belief, or not.

No one can understand, or really comprehend, “everything “. It’s impossible.
Like why do kids get cancer, but total POS’s get rich, etc…. That’s not fair. But it’s for a reason- and not for us to decide.
It sucks sometimes bc there really isn’t an answer… and not bc of faith and belief.
That’s your choice…. Just be prepared for the consequences if you are wrong

That’s what I would do.
I would confirm with insurance company first though- they may even write a letter for you if you proved pics etc.bc they don’t want to have to cover it

Tell her tough shite.
You don’t want to have to replace a roof.
I would call my insurance, get whatever “act of god” clause, explanation, etc. provide it to her, and see if she will be reasonable.
If not- do what you got to do. After it’s done, ask her if she would allow you to go on her property to clean up. If not- it’s on her.
