Hope the Gumps find peace

A "frick Adolf Sankey" sign would be good.

The issue isn’t with the 5 for 5, it’s that these players signed pro contracts

But they signed before knowing they had another year of eligibility. There's extenuating circumstances to consider in their situation. Moving forward, I get the policy. But it shouldn't be retroactive in their cases.
Can live without Santos. Losing Luis though would be a huge kick in the balls.

So, how does this affect the basketball team/roster?

Would be devastating by losing Luis, who would be one of the top players in the country. We'll see how this shakes out legally. It is concerning though.

Sounds like collusion by the schools to disenfranchise the affected players.

It's pretty much corporate blackmail.
Lawyers involved are loving this shite. Infinite billable hours for all the lawsuits about to explode.
frick Sankey. This will result in endless lawsuits and be a big, fat nothing burger.

I got very little to no work done during the latter part of the coaching search from being on TD. That was one of the most entertaining rides I've ever been on.

He’s a wannabe influencer who is seizing the moment for clout.

Trying to be controversial to be in the spotlight. Didn't he make some bet that LSU wasn't going to hire Kiffin or something along those lines? Dude doesn't know what he's talking about and is just throwing darts for attention.
What a douche.

Browns coach Todd Monken made headlines over the weekend when he claimed Lane Kiffin had called him to discuss Wright, but joked that he hadn't answered. Kiffin fired back Monday, asserting he never called Monken. He said he does not know Monken or even have his phone number.

Monken seemed to walk back his initial comments while speaking to the media on Tuesday. "One of our staff had said that they had gotten a text. I should've followed through with it. Maybe they meant someone from their staff. I was just making light of it. I was really not trying to make a big thing of it. It was just like, man, what is this world we've come to?"

fringe Tourney team

With the talent he's bringing in, LSU is way beyond just fringe now. If the Euros are eligibile, from a talent standpoint alone, this is a top 10 team. We shall see how long it takes them to gel.

No. Would be more lawsuits. NCAA has already tapped out.
