112 MW is not a lot to replace. Entergy will have the capacity to mitigate if they needed to. They would just redirect power from other assets/substations from the grid. I would anssume engineering systems and structures would have weather safety factors in the design for imminent forces/weather....

Median gross household income in Singapore in 2023 tracks just below $90,000 per capita. Plus their laws were set up with public education in mind first. It's also not a welfare state. Indirectly by law you have to pull your own weight. Can you imagine... US still has top performers and opportuni...

This is just how most people feel when in unfamiliar places. Med center is interesting as well because there’s a mix of public and private hospitals. Plus the city has no zoning no laws on private property....
