“Recruiting” today is all about whoever pays the most. These kids aren’t thinking past that first check, they don’t care about development for the NFL anymore.

It’s a good thing but a bad thing. It will bring a better balance of talent to teams across the country, but pro teams will see leas developed players.

We will win some and lose alot more of these “recruiting” battles for the 5 stars, because you can’t pay every one of them the most money.
I’ve tried a bunch of different balls, my favorite so far unfortunately has been Amazon’s ball.

Second favorite is Taylormade Ink balls

I just got 2 dozen in from Bigga Balls to try those though, would love to find a US made one that ends up my favorite

It’s not luck. Good GMs put the franchise in the position to take advantage of opportunities that come their way.

Without OKC being lucky enough for Clippers to want an over the hill PG they never get this haul.

SGA who is a league MVP
Tre Mann (18th pick)
Jalen Williams (12th pick)
Cason Wallace (10th pick)
Nikola Topic (12th pick)
12th pick in 2026 draft

So to recap they received a league MVP, 4 lottery picks and a top 20 pick. That absolutely is luck

the league kissed our arse after AD and we got Zion don't act like it didn't happen to us.

After being forced to play AD and not tank, and after basically being forced to trade him to LAL.

Not really kissing our arse, just like Dallas got a consolation prize for trading Luka to LAL
OKC lucked into the Clippers being stupid and trading them SGA along with a bunch of great picks.

Spurs lucked into the league kissing Pops arse and getting Wemby.

Just don’t mortgage draft capital for him

This, especially with the new lottery rules where you can be good but lose in the play in and still have good odds at a top 4 pick.

The only way I mortgage draft capital is every pick has to be top 3 protected

Shocking he mentions Boston, I don't put stock in anything he says

Boston has few assets that would be attractive in a TM trade, however I would assume he’s of the thought that Brown would be involved in the deal, which would make them a very big attractive destination
I wouldn’t give up Murray for Morant.

I would do Poole, Hawk and 2 2nds though. That’s about it

It's interesting that LIV has offered equity ownership to the tour to its players. Will any of them step up ?

I think it was Rahm that said they have all been talking and alot of the players know they will have to forfeit alot of money to keep it going, but there is quite a few players that are willing to put up money for an ownership stake including Rahm and Dechambeau.

that said, a single should never expect to be let through. Playing as a single is the time to hit three or four golf balls and get a little practice in because there will definitely be some waiting.

I play by myself quite a bit and don’t understand the people that try to rush through and finish as fast as possible. I’m out there to enjoy myself, not speed run and complain the whole day. Most of the time when people ask if I want to play through I tell them go on ahead unless I have other people breathing down my back.
As expected.

They hired Willie Green 2.0.

At least with Willie nobody knew what we were getting as a coach before he failed. We skipped that stage and just went to the failed version

Move it back to TPC Las Colinas where there’s a huge statue of Byron Nelson.

This course sucks.

One of the biggest contributors to the scores is lack of wind. The announcers were talking about it earlier.

What are you looking to spend?

Sim 2’s are pretty decent and won’t break the bank. Going by Dicks today also I think it was some Cobra’s they have on sale right now, the new ones were 199 while the used ones were 239.

If you’re looking to go on the high end, then I would say get fitted and buy what suites you best.
After what Kim did today -31 may be reached tomorrow

You already have 2 great d line coaches in peoples and sterling. Why should one of them get demoted just so lane can give o a paycheck?

Nobody is getting demoted, and I doubt O has much to do with coaching, they just have to give him a “coaching” position so he can recruit.

The Spurs got so lucky

No luck involved at all…

Wemby was going to be a Spur the minute he came onto everyone’s radar, and the league was going to make sure it happened any way possible.

Just like Dallas getting Flagg had nothing to do with luck

Welp, that kills any hope anyone should have for this team

still don't think Herb fetches No. 11 in this draft. If so, I'd make the trade.

Herb and the better of Bucks/Pels pick next year for #11.

Who says no? Definitely not Joe.

Everyone else would though besides the receiving team
