The good thing on the football side is she has some great minds she trusts in Sean Payton and Drew Brees. I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest to see Drew or Sean take over the football operations.

Yeah I don’t get this whole “throw everything you have to to get them to commit here” mindset just because they’re from Louisiana. Easton got about 1 million more a year than he should have. There needs to be a cap on these high school players coming out, cap it at 500k, that’s the most you can get. Rest goes to proven players

Anyone expecting playoffs year 1 was overestimating the depth of this team. In a perfect world yes we make the playoffs, and it’s still doable if we run the table. Kentucky is a better team than everyone anticipated this season, and we always have issues in their house, it’s our kryptonite, and Kentucky needed the refs to put up 16 points for them last night to win.

Give Kiffin time, let everything about the hiring blow over and the SEC back down, and we will be great rather than good in a year or two.

Z shared yesterday that he’s also making it a point to sink a minimum of 50 3 pointers every day after practice, he won’t leave the building until he does. He sank 60 yesterday before leaving.
