Guidry literally threw the last pitch in game 3 of the CWS final less than one year ago, and we're calling him as a closer/stopper an "experiment". We lost to the number one team in the country tonight, who started a pitcher that beat Paul Skenes last year in Alex Box. It'll be alright.

We quite literally lost to this same starter last year…with Paul Skenes pitching…so I wouldn’t sweat us struggling tonight. Smith is pretty darn good.

It's hard not be a little bit excited. It seems like the new hires have a ton of enthusiasm and high expectations for themselves and where LSU can go. I'm looking forward to it. :geauxtigers:

Talking about how Missouri got a tough draw with Bama and LSU from the west, and he said, “I’m not worried about LSU this year”...

I love that during the play ESPN flashes a graphic across their bottom line that says LSU is 1-7-1 all-time at Texas. That play proved to be the winner.
