I find lethal injection and even the electric chair to be far too nice to the criminal.

With that being said, you have to convict somebody before executing them. You can't execute somebody based on mere accusations.

Statutory rape (consensual sex with a 13-16 year old) is carnal knowledge of minors in Louisiana. It's not charged as a degree of rape like it is in some states.
