Last one I bought from a local company that has their own repair team..higher end kitchen aid that had good reviews everywhere online...it was scratch & dent, so it was cheaper, added the 5yr parts & labor warranty, brought it back up to basically regular price..had to use the warranty 3 yrs in, but...

Make the drive in to BR and see former Tiger John Whitley....we got an outrageous proposal form an orthodontist who tried to get my wife to make a deposit and an appointment that day but a friend luckily suggested we get a 2nd opinion from Whitley...he has tons of experience/certifications and such....
