Buc-ee's should buy that property. That spot right off the interstate would print money for them.

Please no. That intersection can barely handle the traffic it has already.

I've had a pork chop explode in the microwave due to a tiny metal bristle. I still use metal brushes but wipe the grates with an oiled paper towel after.

Crocs.
My dad swears by the Tingley Airgo low boots
One time my insurance sent a picture out of the blue of a couple vines growing up the side of my house and said to remove them and send a pic back. I don't know why they didn't just pull them down while they were there.

Dealerships figured out it's much more lucrative to become a bank masquerading as car seller than to be an outright retail outlet.

Went with my wife to buy a truck last month and told them up front we had a certified check from the bank and would pay cash for the difference. The buyer application form was on bank letterhead and page 2 (which I had to ask for them to give me) said we authorize them to pull our credit. I sat in the finance guy's office with my arms folded like a toddler for 20 minutes saying "I ain't signing it" before he gave up and said they didn't need it anyway.
That's how important loans are to them that he fought me so long on a Friday night just to run my credit.
They'll eventually stop after you tell them "no" enough times. Next time, before calling any insurance/salesman/lender, take a few minutes to sign up for a free google voice number. Then you can just turn it off when you don't want any calls.
My wife and I did a few years ago. The $800 is your initial bonus over the first couple months. After that it goes down a good bit. They structure it where your first donation of the week is low, and the 2nd is worth more. I would recommend getting the bonus and then stopping for a few weeks/months. They will email you another bonus offer to get you back.
Are they still using the same roaster? I went opening day and they were burnt.

This is why I turn off my car and put the key in my pocket to get fuel. My wife leaves it running even though I told her I fear for her safety
I've been cooking on the same weber kettle for the past 16 years and I might finally have to buy a new one. That is the best place to start.
Get a chimney to light the coals and then practice 2-zone cooking. After that, you can use the snake method for smoking. I've made some damn good brisket and pulled pork on that thing.

This is why I raise chickens. My dozen eggs only costs $15 of feed each week

One controls the fan and one controls the light. I only wired the fan to the remote so once I turn the switch on for the fan technically I can control the speed or turn the fan on/off with the remote.

I've done this before too. It's still annoying to use and I still end up losing the remote. I've gone back to buying dumb ceiling fans and won't consider anything with a remote or integrated LED light. It's not worth the headache for "modern" looks.
I use the spothero app when parking in New Orleans. You can definitely find something cheaper than the hotel garage. I feel like the "free voucher" would cost more, but I am not a casino person.
I agree with you on teaching kids gun safety and how to shoot, but I think guns should be locked up especially around teenagers. Mental health problems are often not obvious until it's too late, and teens have it the worst.
Taxation without representation. And the BR council wonders why areas want to break away.

Entergy has sales on them or a $50 rebate you can look up. I got an Ecobee 3 lite a few months ago for $30 after tax and shipping.

re: Log Splitter

I have a little 5 ton electric log splitter that I am more than happy with. Any time a tree or branch falls, I cut it into 19" logs and then sit on a bucket and run the splitter. It's slower than gas powered, but also smaller and quieter. Doesn't have a problem with pecan or oak, but it works best if you split it soon after you cut it.
He had decent support in St. George. He can kiss some arse for a position there. Politicians have no shame.
