Therapy can help. There are grief groups called Grief Share you can look up and join. I got through my depression at Neurojust. Look that up.

Z factor, magnesium glycinate, red lens glasses, grounding sheets, cold room, sound machine, sleep mask, workout daily, sunlight in eyes in the morning for ten minutes, TRT, and that is about it. After that you will get maybe get a little shut eye. zzzzzzz

Lots of snarky comments about Trump. They should stick to local news. How could anyone be against eliminating waste? Traitors! I still like Emma Kate Cowen. Also, they seem to be all about promoting the mental illnesses of transgenders. It’s a new day! We need a local common sense alternative.

You people who don't have insomnia have no clue what you are talking about. I work out daily, eat good, read before bed, wear blue blockers, and have a great life with peace. Yet, I have to take these things. I just got off Unisom because of the links to dementia.

Yes, I go to a church with high integrity. We see where all the money goes. I am grateful to get to invest in the Gospel being spread, and people being cared for. We really believe in eternity and we are into long term investments.
Those kind of churches are really out there along with fraudulent churches of course. 10% is not a big deal. The early church gave all they had.

Unfortunately the 2nd string Tiger team will lose to Baylor. It will be hard not to care, but LSU will go far in the playoffs next year. I can’t wait!

Hey Guys,

I have struggled with depression and anxiety for a long time. I tried a bunch of medications, therapy and nothing seemed to help. I saw an advertisement on TV for a clinic called Neurojust. Look it up and try it. This is a great place, and I no longer have these struggles. My insurance paid for it. They do TMS treatments. Look it up! If any of yall are struggling you don't have to anymore! They have one in Baton Rouge and Metairie too.
